Agency Director/Publisher
Todd is highly-focused and results-driven leader with over 30 years of media leadership experience, including 15 years in digital marketing. Todd has worked on hundreds of digital campaigns with multiple companies in several different states in his career. Leveraging and applying data to customized, cost-effective marketing campaigns for local and regional businesses is the foundation of his training. Todd has had extensive digital training with companies such as Ignite, McClatchy and Gatehouse Media to name a few. When not helping businesses with their marketing strategies, Todd enjoys traveling, spending time with his daughter and exploring Northeast Florida with his dog, Whiskey.

Brooke Bird
Creative Director
Brooke is the Production Director and Graphic Designer and she oversees everything from artistic conception to design. A Nassau County native, Brooke takes pride in her work and loves being part of a team that brings marketing messages to life. She and her husband are happy to call Fernandina home. Outside the office, Brooke is a proud mom to a teenager and energetic twins—most of her free time is spent cheering from the sidelines at their sporting events.

Mark Shurman
Senior Digital Marketing Consultant
Mark is a graduate of Fernandina Beach High School and the University of Florida. He started his career in Fernandina stops as sales manager for The Gainesville Sun, and Ad Director for the Florida Times Union and the Tampa Bay Times. He has come full circle back to the News-Leader and loves the island life that Fernandina Beach
And Amelia Island offer. Connecting with the smaller local businesses on the island has been especially satisfying and he embraces this community as his own. He likes sunrises, sunsets, and long beach walks or bike rides around the island.
